As is customary each year since 11 September 2001, members of the Volunteer Wildfire Services will be gathering at Firemans’ Arms in Cape Town in honour of the 300 brave fire fighters that lost their lives in the World Trade Center within the space of a few tragic hours.

All are welcome to attend as we salute these brave men and women from 18:00 onwards at Firemans’ Arms. VWS members are welcome to wear full uniform, or the yellow VWS shirt with jeans. Join us for a drink and a pizza and get to know your local Cape Town fire fighting heroes.
